Shipping & Delivery
We absolutely love our customers, and we are serious about excellent customer service!We strive to ship out most orders the same day they are placed! If you place your order on a weekday before 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time zone (EST), in most cases it will ship that same day (weekdays, Monday through Friday).
The Serious Teddy Bear Company utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS ) for all orders. Your order can be shipped overnight as long as it is not on a weekend.
If an order is received any weekday after 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time zone (EST) it will be shipped out the following business day (Mon-Fri). For example, if you order on a Friday after 4:00pm EST, it will be shipped out the next business day (Monday).
At this time we only ship to the lower 48 US states plus Alaska. We do not currently offer shipping to Hawaii.

- Overnight Shipping: $26.95 to $64.95 per gift package, depending upon destination (most locations $42.95)

Our standard gift shipping box is perfect for gift giving. When the package arrives, the smiles will start before they even open the box! That's because this is no ordinary brown shipping box - it's a special brown box with "The Serious Teddy Bear Company" logo tastefully printed - which essentially says to the gift recipient "something very special inside!". They'll be very excited!
Super Secret Shipping Box with No Logo:
Sometimes our customers want to send the box to themselves so they can personally hand deliver the gift - and they don't want others to wonder what is inside until the right time. This is especially true if they live with others and they want it to be a secret. If you select "Super secret plain shipping box", we will change our standard materials for you! Instead, we will use a plain brown shipping carton and an abbreviated company name on the return address label. They'll never know what it is until the shipping box is opened and they see the beautiful Hugs box that is inside!
